Tap the blue + button at the bottom of the screen. Take a photo of your item, enter a name, then tap Save. The item is saved along with its GPS location automatically.

Keep in Memory needs two permissions:

• photo_cameraCamera — to take photos of your items.
• location_onLocation — to save the GPS coordinates of where each item is stored.

Both are used only locally and never shared with anyone.

Keep in Memory is available on the App Store for US$1 as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads. Buy once and enjoy lifetime access.

Tap on any item in your list to open the detail view. You'll see the photo, name, and the date it was saved. Tap the Open in Maps button to open Apple Maps and navigate directly to the saved location.

Open the item detail view by tapping on it, then tap the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. The item and its associated photo and location data will be permanently removed.

GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment. For best results:

• Make sure Location Services are enabled for Keep in Memory in Settings → Privacy → Location Services.
• Go outside or near a window for better GPS signal before saving.
• Wait a moment after opening the app to allow GPS to lock on.

Tap the toggle icon in the top-right corner of the main screen to switch between light and dark mode instantly.

All data — photos and GPS coordinates — is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to any server or cloud service. Your data is entirely yours.

No. Keep in Memory does not collect, track, or transmit any personal information. The app has no analytics, no account system, and no network requests.

Deleting the app will remove all stored items, photos, and location data from your device. Since nothing is backed up to a server, this data cannot be recovered. Make sure to note any important information before uninstalling.
