The short version
Keep on Fire is a free game with optional cosmetic support purchases. Use it responsibly, respect platform rules, and remember that Apple manages Game Center and App Store purchase flows.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Keep on Fire ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Mustafa Kemal Demir ("Developer").
2. Description of the App
Keep on Fire is an arcade-style night flight survival game for iPhone and iPad. Players guide a firefly through biome-based routes, chase high scores, and may optionally use Game Center leaderboards and cosmetic support purchases.
3. License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App or related services. You may not:
- Cheat, exploit, or manipulate leaderboard systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App except where allowed by law.
- Use the App in any unlawful or abusive manner.
5. Gameplay and Balance
The App may receive updates that change route balance, spawn rates, scoring, visuals, interface details, or progression presentation. The Developer may adjust the game experience over time.
6. Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple may manage leaderboard identity and related account features. Access to Game Center depends on your Apple account, device settings, region, and Apple's service availability.
7. Optional In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional non-consumable cosmetic support costumes. These items are intended to support the developer and do not promise gameplay advantages.
All purchases, billing, restoration, and refund handling are processed by Apple under App Store rules.
8. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store. The Developer does not process refunds outside Apple's systems. You may use reportaproblem.apple.com where available.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, GAME CENTER, OR PURCHASE FLOWS.
11. App Store Terms
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and related platform policies. In case of conflict on App Store matters, Apple's rules prevail.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. These Terms may also be updated, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
